HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE, FOOD AND COST

In general: This hotel is ideally located 1 KM away from Majestic Bus Stand which is next to Bengaluru City Railway station. Its interior and exterior is very attractive, clean and tidy. Wi-fi is available in hotel room, restaurant and lobby and good speed. Overall it is a good hotel with reasonable cost in Bengaluru with ideal location for guests particularly for those coming to Bengaluru for first time. Location and surroundings: The distance of hotel from Majestic Main bus stand and Bengaluru City Rly Stn is about 1 KM. The Kempegowda Intl Airport is about 38 Kms from hotel but there is a AC BMTC Bus service from Airport to Majestic Bus stand (last stop) every 15 minutes at Rs.475 per person which is convenient because the taxi costs around Rs.1,600 to Rs.1,800. The hotel is located in Gandhi with is on Kalidas Road and near Jain Samaj. Service: We were impressed by Shri Basvaraj who kept our room clean daily during our 5 day's stay from 29th May to 3rd June. Also we wish to here the friendly and helpful attitude of hotel staff at the Reception and Curry Pot (ground floor Restaurant). We wish to make special mention of Ms. Rajani Mr. Pramod, Ms. Khusboo and Ms. Preeti at the Restaurant and Ms. Priya (ever smiling face) and Ms. Rindu at the hotel Reception. Dining: The buffet breakfast was very good with veg and non-veg delicacies, fruits, juices, tea/coffee, etc. We also had dinner at this Restaurant which was very good. On one day we had evening tea with Onion and Capcicium pakodas at the Restaurant which was awesome. Incidentally, 1st June being our 27th marriage anniversary, we bought a cake from nearby bakery and celebrated the event with all hotel and Reception staff and their Manage. It will be a ever remembering event in our life-time. Sports and leisure: We were mostly busy in Bengaluru as we came here to attend our relative's marriage and also went on one day trip by AC BMTC bus for sight-seeing. We suggest that a SPA service is started at the hotel. Room: The room is ideally located and the room view was good. The bathroom facility was excellent and it was kept clean and tidy by Shri Basavaraj. He also refilled the soap, hair and body gel, etc and also tea bags, milk bags and sugar. The amenities in the room was very good like AC, TV, tea-maker, lights, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Akshaya Aura hotel. Useful tips:

We loved this hotel due to its great location very close to the city center. It's conveniently located near the bus station and train station. This made it very easy for us to get around the city and surrounding areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well kept. In particular, the shower had great water pressure and got hot quickly. The staff was also very friendly, and our check-in was quick and hassle-free.

Nothing not too like.

the location was also convenient, being close to the railway station and other transport hubs. the food was also remarkable and well-presented.

That the staff could be a bit slow to respond to requests. the bathroom amenities and towels were not restocked as quickly as I would have liked.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel also had a spa & wellness center, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Had a great stay during my Christmas break! The hotel offered really comfortable beds and refreshing shower! What I enjoyed the most was the fantastic location that allowed me to explore all the nearby attractions and find some hidden gems around the area. The hotel staff was also very accommodating and friendly with all my requests. Definitely recommend staying here for its great value and convenience.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The variety and quality of food served were not up to par with other hotels in the area.

Great location for transportation! We could easily reach the railway station and bus stand. the room had decent upkeep and size, making it perfect for a short business stay. the Wi-Fi was great and worked perfectly. We also enjoyed the value for money proposition.
